The concert promoters have taken the matter to ACJM court in Lucknow, and the artist will appear in court soon. This happened on October 13th, 2018. We need to know more about this situation. Sapna has a history of being accused of dishonesty and betraying trust, so this is not a new development.
Delhi Police’s Economic Offences Wing filed a case against Sapna Choudhary for fraud and breach of trust in February 2021. A charge for criminal breach of trust, criminal conspiracy, cheating, and misappropriation of funds was filed against Sapna and multiple others, including her mother and brother, by the celebrity management business that had been handling her affairs.
According to the FIR, the complainant asserted that the well-known Haryanvi singer had broken an artist management agreement by accepting employment with another organization, joining another company, or coming into any kind of interaction with the complainant’s clients. According to the FIR, Sapna disregarded the conditions of the contract and carried on unlawful commercial practices.
