In 2021, Manoj Bajpayee launched a lawsuit against KRK in response to his tweet. KRK criticized Manoj’s online series The Family Man in his tweet. Previously, the court had issued Khan bailable warrants for his absence during the hearing, but now he has been granted an arrest warrant.
The Indore District Court has issued an arrest warrant for actor and film producer Kamal Rashid Khan, well known by his pseudonym KRK. Manoj Bajpayee, a renowned actor, had launched a lawsuit against KRK. Owing to his absence during this case’s hearing, the court issued an arrest warrant for KRK.
The Judicial Magistrate (First Class) of Indore issued the warrant on Thursday and set the next court date for the matter for May 10. Previously, the court had issued Khan bailable warrants for his absence during the hearing.
In the application, it was said on behalf of Manoj’s attorney that Kamal Rashid Khan is aware of the case against him, but he does not attend the hearing with the goal of delaying it. Although the dispute has now reached the Supreme Court, Khan’s attorney argued that the action against him should be halted.
KRK Said ‘sold that Twitter Handle
The Madhya Pradesh High Court denied Kamal Khan’s petition to dismiss the defamation action filed against him on December 13, 2022.
KRK’s attorney argued before the High Court that one of the Twitter usernames from which the 2021 message is being questioned, ‘KRK Box Office,’ was sold to Salim Ahmed in October 2020. KRK’s attorneys stated that he never intentionally tweeted anything against Manoj.

KRK dubbed Manoj a ‘drug addict’
After his tweet, ‘Gulmohar’ actor Manoj Bajpayee filed a lawsuit against KRK in 2021. KRK criticized Manoj’s online series The Family Man in his tweet.
He stated that comedian Sunil Pal informed him about the plot of Manoj’s performance, in which both his wife and daughter have boyfriends. KRK has referred to Manoj as “Nashedi, Ganjedi” in order to criticize the story further.
