Celine Dion Cancels Entire World Tour

Celine Dion Cancels Her Full World Tour After Being Told She Has an Illness that Can’t Be Treated!

Celine Dion has canceled the rest of her world tour because she is too sick to perform. She told her fans that she has an incurable neurological disease that makes her too weak to sing. Friday (May 26), the Canadian singer told her fans that she was “very upset” that she had “let them down.”

Dion, who is 55 years old, said in a statement, “I’m working hard to get my strength back, but touring is hard even when you’re at 100%.”

She also said, “I’m so sorry to let you all down again. It’s not fair to keep putting off the shows, and even though it breaks my heart, it’s best to stop everything until I’m ready to go back on stage.

“I want everyone to know that I won’t give up… I’m looking forward to seeing you again!”

Her announcement comes after she posted a video in December of last year in which she said she has stiff person syndrome, which affects “every aspect of my daily life.”

Due to “spasms,” her condition makes it hard for her to perform, sing, and do other usual things. She said, “Unfortunately, these spasms affect every part of my daily life. Sometimes they make it hard for me to walk, and I can’t sing the way I used to.”
