The new Netflix dating show The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On is, to say the least, explosive.
On reality television, couples are instructed to either get engaged or break up. The fact that one person in the relationship is ready to take the next step while the other is scared to totally commit is not exactly helpful.
Thus, we’ve reached Alexis Maloney and Hunter Parr. Before The Ultimatum, the couple had been together for two years, and Alexis was prepared for Hunter to either marry her or set her free.

What Happened Between Alexis and Hunter on ‘the Ultimatum’?
Hunter and Alexis went through “trial marriages” much like everyone else on the show. And Alexis appeared uncertain about the situation. She told Hunter, “Living with a man who is not you will be a strange transition.”
Alexis made it abundantly apparent that she was done with dating. “Being single is quite stressful,” she remarked.
Then, over a meal with Nick and Vanessa Lachey, Hunter proposed to Alexis on the spot. She was, to say the least, astonished, but she agreed, and the two exited the concert together.

Hunter and Alexis Say They Don’t Regret Anything About Their Time on The Ultimatum.
Co-stars and many viewers were surprised by Hunter’s spur-of-the-moment decision to propose to Alexis on the show. But Hunter tells Women’s Health that he has no regrets about how everything transpired.
“I don’t regret proposing at all. I mean, I needed to answer that question prior to making the decision, right? I understood that in order to propose to Alexis, I had to have absolute certainty “He claims.
“And when I made that decision, I felt the same way as I do now. Since leaving the encounter, I have never honestly thought, “Oh, that would have been so much fun!””
Alexis clarifies, “For us, it was ideal.” “I believe we are stronger after experiencing it and seeing the other side.” She continues, “I have no regrets other than wearing my hair up at your engagement” (which TBH, I get).
Hunter says they’ve changed since appearing on the show “I learnt how to be more open and vocal in social interactions, as well as how to be more myself. I learnt a great deal more about Alexis and some of her other admirable qualities.”
During our relationship, I was mostly concerned with finances, according to Alexis, who reflects on the relationship by retracing its events. “That’s a major decision in a marriage,” she acknowledges, “but it’s not the only one.”

Yes! Following their engagement on the show, Alexis and Hunter remain together to this day. And, they are now officially Instagram users.
