Who Is The Mp Accused Of Watching Porn : Suspended Over Claims He Watched Porn In The House Of Commons..!

The Conservative whip has been suspended for MP Neil Parish while he is being investigated for allegedly watching pornography in the Commons chamber, according to a spokesperson for the Tory Chief Whip.

The country has been shocked this week by multiple reports that a Conservative MP was seen watching pornography on his mobile device in the House of Commons.

It comes after a meeting on Tuesday night between Tory MPs and Chief Whip Chris Heaton Harris that left many attendees “shell shocked,” according to multiple reports, as female MPs shared horror stories of harassment, misogyny, and sexist behavior in the halls of Westminster.

“It was like a bloodletting,” one MP told The Mirror. Everyone was telling harrowing stories about what had happened to them in the Commons at the hands of male MPs. [The chief whip] looked as if he hadn’t seen it coming and was taken aback. The big question, however, is what happens next.”

It comes just days after it was revealed that 56 MPs, including three cabinet ministers and two shadow cabinet members, are being investigated for sexual harassment. On the same day, the Mail on Sunday sparked outrage by reporting that Conservative MPs accused deputy Labour leader  Angela Rayner of trying to distract the prime minister by crossing and uncrossing her legs on the front bench during the prime minister’s questions.

According to one MP, there were dozens of MPs, both male and female, at the meeting who are “appalled, exhausted, and angry” at the persistence of misogyny and sexual misconduct at Westminster.

Who Is The MP Who Has Been Accused Of Watching Porn In The House Of Commons?

According to the Conservatives, Neil Parish has referred himself for investigation after allegations that he watched porn in the House of Commons. The 65-year-old Devon MP represents Tiverton and Honiton and chairs the Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs Committee.

Since the 2010 general election, he has served as the MP for Tiverton and Honiton. From 1999 to 2009, he was a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for South West England.

Parish responded to the allegations with a statement on his website. “Following recent allegations about an MP’s use of their mobile phone in parliament, I have referred myself to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards in the House of Commons,” it says.

“I will fully cooperate with any investigation, and I will continue to perform my duties as MP for Tiverton and Honiton while it is ongoing.”

“At this time, I will not make any further comments.”

“Having spoken to the chief whip this afternoon, Neil Parish MP is reporting himself to the Standards Committee of the House of Commons,” a Conservative Party spokesperson said.

“Mr. Parish’s membership in the Conservative whip has been suspended pending the outcome of that investigation.”

What Will Happen To The MP Who Was Caught Watching Porn?

Parish was interviewed about the allegations on GB News earlier this week.

When host Darren McCaffrey asked him about the “jaw-dropping” allegations, he said, “surely they [the MP] would have to have the whip removed, wouldn’t they?” – Parish responded, “I believe the whip’s office will conduct a thorough investigation, and we will wait to see the outcome, and I believe that decision will have to be made on what should be taken.”

When asked if there was a problem with parliament’s culture, he responded, “I think you’ve got 650 members of parliament in what is a very intense area.” You will encounter individuals who cross the line. I don’t believe there is a large culture here, but I believe it must be dealt with, and dealt with seriously, which is what the whips will do in our whip’s office.”

Prior to Parish being named in the alleged incident, Tory MP Pauline Latham told the BBC that watching porn in the House of Commons was a sackable offense, and the Labour Party has also called for the MP to be fired if the allegations are proven.

“We are supposed to set an example in this place, and this is completely unacceptable.” “I am completely stunned,” Latham said before Parish was named.

Labour’s shadow leader of the House of Commons, Thangam Debbonaire MP, responded to Parish’s name by saying, “The Conservatives knew for days about the disgusting behavior of one of their MPs and tried to cover it up.”

“From the Owen Paterson scandal to their failure to prosecute their pedophile MP Imran Ahmad Khan, this is a government that is rotting from the top down.” Britain is deserving of better.”

Being fired by a party does not necessarily mean that the MP will no longer be an MP, as members of parliament can only be removed by their constituents.

Khan, the Conservative MP for Wakefield, was recently expelled from the party after being found guilty of molesting a 15-year-old boy. He faces incarceration but has so far refused to fulfill his promise to resign.
