Awaited Kangana Ranaut film Dhaakad was released on May 20, 2022, to much fanfare. Kangana Ranaut portrayed Agni, a ferocious agent who takes on Arjun Rampal’s Rudraveer. Kangana is seen performing risky exploits with guns in the movie’s action moments.
The film is one of India’s biggest-budget productions with a female star and is billed as India’s first female spy thriller. There was a lot of enthusiasm about the film, but the box office numbers don’t reflect that, as the actioner opened to a lackluster total.
The film also features Divya Dutta and Arjun Rampal, in addition to Kangana Ranaut. Rudraveer, played by Arjun Rampal, is the film’s primary antagonist. In order to bring down Asia’s largest human trafficking ring, Kangana must overcome every challenge she faces in the film.
Her stunts were electrifying. Rajneesh Ghai is the director, while Zee Studios is the studio in charge of releasing it. Soham Rockstar Entertainment, Sohel Maklai Productions, and Asylum Films, all owned by Deepak Mukut and Sohel Mukut, have co-financed the film.
Dhaakad Box Office Collection
The Kangana Ranaut film got off to a shaky start and opened to a lackluster response at the box office. Sainik claims that Dhaakad’s first day at the box office was disappointing, making roughly Rs 1.20 crore in India net on its first day.
It was disappointing that despite an interesting plot, the movie was not well-received. On Friday, May 20, 2022, it had an overall Hindi occupancy of 7.71 percent. In addition, the horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani, is putting up a strong fight.
In accordance with Box Office India’s findings, “Dhaakad is off to a sluggish start and may have trouble breaking the 1 crore net barrier. An action film with Kangana Ranaut, who is more of a media star rather than a box-office star, is a risky endeavor, and the film doesn’t have much of a chance of success.”
Dhaakad Movie Review
Special Agent Agni (Kangana Ranautcharacter ) states, “Jism Se Ruh Alag Karna business” in the middle of an action sequence. With those words, Kangana very much sums up her goals in Razneesh Razy Ghai’s Dhaakad.
She’s a courageous field officer of the International Task Force, a fictional Indian government agency. Coal mines in central India are the source of an international human trafficking ring, which she intends to put down.
Her responsibilities include obtaining information on the people involved, identifying them, and removing them. However, she finds up with a personal score to settle with Rudraveer, the kingpin of this scam operating out of the coal mines of central India.
Solid action and superb performances [#Kangana exceptional, #ArjunRampal first-rate, #DivyaDutta superb] are aces… BUT falters due to a routine plot, patchy screenwriting, overdose of action and weak finale. #DhaakadReview pic.twitter.com/ysW9SmZfQu

I enjoy watching Kangana Ranaut go all out in her portrayal of an officer who isn’t afraid to go against the grain. The sections where she engages in hand-to-hand fighting, as well as those in which she utilizes weapons, are really well done.
The way they depict her in this film is raw and action-oriented, which is unusual for our movies. Her quickness, strength, and engagement in putting her persona together to make it believable are all admirable qualities.
Agni, a special agent, is charged with finding and finally eliminating Rudraveer, an international people trafficker and a coal mafioso. When Agni finds a reality that ties her to Rudraveer, the situation becomes personal.
It’s a new Bollywood film called Dhaakad. Kangana Ranaut is the lead actress. Razy Ghai is in charge of directing, while Sohel Maklai and Asylum films are in charge of producing the movie. Dhaka is gearing up to ignite screens on fire on Diwali 2020 with his new film.
It’s Dhaakad, the largest 2020 action entertainer! Dhaakad begins in Budapest, where Agent Agni aka Dragonfly (Kangana Ranaut) is tasked with rescuing a group of trafficked girls. Despite the attack that claimed the life of her colleague, code-named Seagull, Agni is successful in her mission.
Agni grudgingly flies down to India on the demand of her mentor-cum-intel head Ringmaster (Saswata Chatterjee) to capture Rudraveer (Arjun Rampal), the brains behind the worldwide trafficking organization and the coal mafia.
Agni takes it upon herself to find him after he has been out of the public eye for a long time. Zaira, the daughter of one of her aides, is also a new friend to her. Rudraveer and Rohini (Divya Dutta), his girlfriend and business partner, are still wreaking havoc with their unlawful enterprises and horrible atrocities.
Agni, on the other hand, quickly transforms into a killing machine, slashing and leaving behind a trail of dead bodies. Will she be able to put a halt to Rudraveer’s expanding empire and stop it from spreading its cruel wings over the globe?
