Queen of the Universe season date

The first season of “Queen of the Universe” was full of jaw-dropping moments, with Entertainment Weekly noting that Trixie Mattel was particularly stunned by a performer’s rendition of Amy Winehouse’s “Rehab.”

Michelle Visage stated to EW in a prior interview, “It’s a singing competition first and a drag competition second. Anything you think you know will be thrown out the window because, yes, it’s singing, but it’s different.”

Similarly, Vanessa Williams explained, “It’s a worldwide aspect we’ve never seen before, and it’s a singing competition; no one is lip-syncing; they’re all performing their own songs. We will judge them not just on the basis of their musical ability and talent, but also on their star qualities.”

Despite its connection to the larger “Drag Race” genre, “Queen of the Universe” is unmistakably a unique animal. Given that Season 1 was chock-full of hilarious events and stunning eliminations (according to Distractify), we may expect Season 2 to significantly boost the ante.

Obviously, having judges is also essential. Michelle Visage, Trixie Mattel, Vanessa Williams, and Leona Lewis are all anticipated to return to the panel of judges, barring any changes. Visage revealed to Attitude that she was thrilled to collaborate with her friend Williams. Given how well the judges get along, it would be criminal to not have them return for Season 2.

We’ll have to wait and see who the next group of contestants will be, but it’s safe to assume that the all-star panel will return for Season 2.
