rhugt season 3 release date

When Does the Season 3 Release Date?

After episodes in Turks & Caicos and the Berkshires, the third season of Peacock’s The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip will be filmed in Asia. In a press release dated July 14, the NBC streaming service announced the new location and praised the “wildly popular first two seasons.” In the third chapter, “cross-brand celebrities” will “fly off to tropical Thailand” alongside a fresh cast of fan-favorites from the Housewives franchise.

In typical Housewives tradition, there may have already been pre-vacation drama in the shape of a rumoured last-minute roster change. Find out more about this switch, as well as everything else we know about Season 3 of RHUGT so far.

The RHUGT Season 3 Premiere Date

Peacock has not yet announced a release date for Season 3 of RHUGT. However, RHUGT Season 1 production began in April 2021, with a mid-November premiere date. Season 2 was recorded in September 2021 and premiered the following June. Since Season 3 production reportedly began in Thailand on July 18, the third part with an all-star cast will likely be accessible to stream between February and April 2023.

The RHUGT Season 3 Cast

Peacock’s announcement confirmed the Season 3 cast will include Candiace Dillard Bassett and Gizelle Bryant of The Real Housewives of Potomac, Alexia Echevarria and Marysol Patton of The Real Housewives of Miami, Heather Gay and Whitney Rose of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Leah McSweeney of The Real Housewives of New York City, and Porsha Williams of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Less than a week later, on July 20, Peacock and Bravo jointly revealed the first RHUGT Season 3 cast photo, which depicted the women posing in Thailand in front of several elephants.

Prior to the announcement of the cast, many sources stated that Tinsley Mortimer, not Porsha, was a member of the group. The 14th of July, however, People reported that Tinsley left the production for “personal reasons,” citing an unnamed source. Us Weekly reported on the same day, via their own source, that Tinsley had been requested to appear on the show some weeks prior and was excited.

According to an insider, she “already had plans for the summer” that prevented her from participating in RHUGT. The actual reason Tinsley quit RHUGT, according to Deux Moi, is that she was cast in the next RHONY legacy series starring Dorinda Medley, Jill Zarin, Sonja Morgan, Luann de Lesseps, and Kelly Bensimon.

One more possible cause of drama? A source informed Page Six that Porsha and Candiace were “certain to collide” given that Porsha sided with Monique Samuels in the 2019 explosive RHOP feud. The insider continued, “There will be a lot of drama to unpack there.” In the July 20 cast photo, the women were standing next to one another and smiling.

In Season 1, Luann de Lesseps, Cynthia Bailey, Kenya Moore, Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Kyle Richards, and Ramona Singer were among the previous cast members. Dorinda, Taylor Armstrong, Brandi Glanville, Jill Zarin, Eva Marcille, Phaedra Parks, Tamra Judge, and Vicki Gunvalson starred in Season 2, subtitled Ex-Wives Club.
