Who is The Mysterious Sally Mcneil?
Sally Mcneil, 62 years old, is a professional bodybuilder from the United States. In the 1980s, she served as a Marine Corps sergeant. After meeting and falling in love with RayMcNeil in the Marines, the couple wed in 1987. Very quickly thereafter, Sally quit her Navy job to focus on bodybuilding full-time, where she quickly rose up the ranks and became the primary financial provider for her family.
Thanks to Sally’s financial support, Ray was able to pursue bodybuilding as a career. They were blessed with a son and a daughter, both of whom are lovely. Their relationship never recovered from that point on. Ray’s behaviour changed for the worst after he began taking steroids, and he became abusive to Sally. He also engaged in multiple extramarital relationships.

In a 911 call from February 14, 1995, Sally explained, “I just shot my husband because he just beat me up.” Sally stated that she shot Ray in self-defence due to his abusive behaviour. Ray took a bullet to the stomach and another to the head. While the jury was not convinced by Sally’s children’s testimony that their father had also beaten them, they stood by her throughout the trial.
