Honey Singh’s Superstar Diet:

He mostly sticks to a low-carb diet because it suits his lifestyle and is simple to implement. He would only eat carbs on training days.

Foods That Can Be Consumed (Please note that this list is meant as a basic guideline and is not set in stone): Animal products, seafood, eggs, produce, fruits, nuts, seeds, full-fat dairy products, oils, and grains that aren’t made with gluten.

Honey Singh’s Superstar Workout: 

 

Kickboxing drills and some bodyweight circuits made up the bulk of his workout. The workout started with intervals of one minute followed by two minutes of rest before progressing to three-minute intervals of work followed by one-minute rests (thereby increasing intensity and reducing rest period).
