His knock of 100 unbeaten of 56 deliveries was surely a treat to witness for the Indian diaspora across the world. His performances in the white ball cricket have been quite noteworthy since his promotion up the order under Mahi Bhai’s captaincy’s tenure.
He was and always will be, a crucial player for India in the upcoming ODI contests.
The left arm aggressive batsman is by no means an easy wicket for the English bowling attack. Considering his past experiences of playing some sensational cricket in the champions trophy contests of 2013 and 2017, Indian team would rely on him to give them the needed boost during the 3 match back-breaking duels.
The Karnataka lad is undoubtedly one of the bright prospects for the Indian cricket. The left arm batsman might not have been highly influential with the bat, his experience of playing under some strenuous situations could be of great help for the Indian unit.
