The Congress on Thursday requested a Supreme Court-observed legal test into the asserted multi-crore trick of changing over dark cash through bitcoin exchanges in Gujarat.
Giving subtle elements, Congress representative Shaktisinh Gohil asserted that a “bitcoin trick” of more than Rs 5,000 crore has surfaced in Gujarat with some pegging the figure at Rs 88,000 crore.
He claimed that the state’s best BJP authority was associated with changing over dark cash through hawala exchanges. “There were reports of the state police coercing some agents in Surat for blackmail and named a previous BJP official as one of the bosses,” Gohil told correspondents.
“As the BJP is scrambling for answers to clarify how Ahmedabad District Cooperative Bank, whose executive is BJP boss Amit Shah, got old cash worth ~745.58 crores in only five days and how ~3118.51 crores was saved in 11 locale co-agent banks connected with BJP pioneers in Gujarat itself, another ‘mega bitcoin trick’ worth more than Rs 5,000 crore has been unwound in the state,” he said.
Gohil claimed that demonetisation was utilized by the BJP as a conceal to change over “its dark cash” into white and now this Bitcoin digital currency is being utilized to change over their dark cash.
“We request an unprejudiced Supreme Court-observed legal examination in this labyrinth of ‘mega bitcoin trick’ with the goal that reality turns out,” he asserted.
BJP representative Anil Baluni said the claim of the Congress were ridiculous and nothing can be more tragic than this as it is the state police which has broken the body of evidence and acted against a few people. He termed them “lie spreaders”
“The messy traps division of the Congress is grinding away to spread perplexity and untruths. It is accusing the police, which has revealed the case. I think about whether the Congress is endeavouring to help some individual for this situation as a component of a connivance,” Baluni said.
